Yes. I'm Thomas Darby, a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor out of Lock Haven, PA HIC #PA2199962, and Loganton is the town I have done the most work in outside my own. Six finished jobs in the borough so far, from an accessibility ramp and a mobile-home bathroom to a full truss roof-over with metal on top.
Loganton sits at about 1,297 feet, roughly 700 feet above Lock Haven, tucked in under Sugar Valley Mountain on the valley's north side, with Brush Valley Mountain closing off the south. Snow sits longer up here than it does down along the river. The homeowner uses a walker and asked for a shorter ramp than the full ADA slope would have needed, so that's what I built. Repair first. In Loganton I traced a leak with a controlled hose test and a spotter inside, then resealed the ridge-cap joints, swapped out suspect gasketed screws, and replaced a failed vent-pipe boot. After that I opened the ceiling below, replaced the wet insulation, and patched, primed, and painted it back. I'd rather fix the roof you have than sell you a new one.
