A full bathroom refresh in an older mobile home (trailer) in Loganton — out with the worn linoleum and in with a waterproof luxury vinyl plank floor, a brand-new vanity, and a new toilet. The LVP went down as a floating click-lock floor and was cut in around the toilet flange; the new toilet was reset on a fresh wax ring, and the new vanity carries a one-piece integrated-sink top with an oil-rubbed bronze faucet.

How the job was done
- Cleared the room, shut off the water and pulled the old toilet, and tore out the worn linoleum down to a sound subfloor — then cleaned and prepped the floor.
- Laid waterproof luxury vinyl plank as a floating click-lock floor, holding a perimeter expansion gap with spacers and cutting the planks in cleanly around the toilet flange.
- Set a new toilet on a fresh wax ring over the flange, bolted and leveled it, and connected a new water supply line.
- Installed and secured the new vanity, set its one-piece integrated-sink top, and mounted the oil-rubbed bronze faucet — supply lines and drain hooked up and leak-checked.
- Finished out the room and cleaned up — a fresh, water-friendly bathroom in an older mobile home.
