A full gabled roof-over built on top of a mobile home's failing original roof. I framed custom trusses on site — oversized at the homeowner's request for extra pitch and strength — sheathed the new deck and wrapped it in Tri-Flex underlayment, then installed ribbed metal roofing over it for a durable, watertight roof that sheds snow.

How the job was done
- Assessed the failing original roof and set new bearing points to carry a full gabled roof over the existing structure.
- Built custom trusses on site — oversized at the homeowner's request for a steeper pitch and added strength.
- Set and braced the trusses, then sheathed the new roof deck in plywood.
- Wrapped the deck in Tri-Flex synthetic underlayment for a water-resistant layer.
- Installed ribbed metal roofing over the new structure — low-maintenance and built to shed snow.
