Water-Damage Restoration

Lock Haven, PA · 2025

Full restoration after a leaking second-floor washer sent water into the laundry area, the ceiling cavity, and the finished room below — from containment and mold remediation through finish carpentry and flooring. Documented as an insurance-ready, line-item scope with overhead and profit.

How the job was done

  1. Set up containment, drying equipment, and site protection, and disposed of the damaged materials.
  2. Performed mold remediation — HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatment of the affected areas.
  3. Removed and rebuilt the damaged sub-floor in 3/4-inch plywood and replaced the drop-ceiling below.
  4. Installed new LVP finish flooring and patched carpet in the affected rooms.
  5. Documented everything as an insurance-ready, line-item scope with overhead and profit for the carrier.
